First, Beijing is the capital city of China. There are so many amazing places you cannot miss. For example, the Ten-thousand-li Great Wall--one of the seven wonders in the world; the Palace Museum--the Imperial Palace of the Qing Dynasty; Yuanmingyuan -- a world--famous imperial garden.
Second, you'd better go to Xi'an of Shanxi province for the Terra Cotta Warriors lies there. And you may also go to Huashan -- a dangerously steep mountain. It's not far from Xi'an
At last I hope you'll pay a visit to Hunan .Hunana is famous for Zhangjiajie, a place with beautiful mountains and rivers .By the way, have you ever heard of Maozedong? He wa one of the greatest leaders in Chinese history. And if you come to Shaoshan -- his home town, you'll know more about him.

Dear Peter, I am writing to ask whether you are able to do me a favor. I want to have a pen friend, hopefully a girl in her early twenties, and with interests similar to mine. Visiting the Great Wall There are many places of interest in Beijing. And my favorite one is the Great Wall. The Great Wall is considered as one of the seven wonders of the world. It’s about six or seven metres high and four or five metres wide. It has a long history of 2,500 years. It was built by the Ancient Chinese working people. When we stood on it, we saw around. There are mountains around it. It looked like a huge dragon, magnificent and grand. It’s so famous that many people coming from every parts of the world visit it. The Great Wall is the pride of our nation.
参观长城有很多地方的北京感兴趣。我最喜欢的就是长城。长城被认为是世界七大奇迹之一。它的高约六米，高七米，宽四米，宽五米。它有2500年的悠久历史。它是由中国古代劳动人民建造的。当我们站在上面，我们看到周围。周围有山。它看起来像一个巨大的龙，宏伟壮观。它是如此有名，许多人来自世界各地的访问它。长城是我们国家的骄傲。
Visiting a village 参观一个乡村
We couldn' t believe that it was a village. The buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. In the middle of the village there was a school with a wonderful building and a large playground. All the children in the village study there.
The farmers got richer by planting vegetables and raising silkworms. In their houses there were colour TV sets, fridges,washing machines, new furniture and even motorbikes. All these showed the farmers' life was getting better and better.
The great changes had attracted foreigners. Today some of them would come to visit it. We were happy for the farmers. We hope the farmers will be richer and happier.
我们简直不能相信这是一个村。农民的房子很漂亮，街道很干净，家家门前有很多花。在村子的中央有一个奇妙的建筑和一个大操场的学校。村里的孩子都在那里学习。
农民通过种植蔬菜和养蚕致富。他们家里有彩电，冰箱，洗衣机，新家具，甚至摩托车。这一切都表明农民的生活越来越好。
